Production Operator

The main skills required are those who have experience in operating extruder machines, more value as a consideration if they can handle other machines such as Drawing, bunching, Planetary and others.

Responsibilities

• Operate extruder machines in accordance with operational standards, work instructions and other related documents.
• Perform thorough setup verification before the production process to avoid process abnormality.
• Ensure production output during the production process is in line with standards.
• Use materials for the production process efficiently.
• Report any indications of problems with machines or materials.
• Carry out 5S activities on machines and machine environment areas.
• Ensure machine and work area conditions are safe from potential hazards.
• As an operator, he/she must be able to translate instructions to run the machine according to the plan, standards made, in order to produce high quality cables.
• Able to identify machine problems and report them to the related section.
• Have good quality awareness of products it makes
• Carry out the production process in accordance with Job Order and Production Planning so that the production process becomes efficient and scrap can be reduced.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) preferably from engineering major
• Willing to work in shifts and rotated to another section
• Having experience working in manufacturing company, especially in Cable manufacturing company
• Job location : Pasar Kemis, Tangerang
