Responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, safety equipment, and general building systems, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace. Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal departments on repairs, preventive maintenance, facility inspections, and asset management to support smooth and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
1. Building Inspection & Maintenance
- Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems (Split AC / AHU / VRV).
- Install network/LAN cables.
- Inspect overall building equipment, facilities, and common assets.
2. Repair & Troubleshooting
- Fix electrical failures, power outages, plumbing leaks, and broken toilets.
- Perform basic structural repairs (ceilings, painting) and troubleshoot AC issues.
- Maintain door hardware, closers, and access control scanners.
3. Coordination & Facility Operations
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and oversee outsourced technicians (e.g., termite control, water filtration).
- Monitor utility meters (water/electricity) and conduct water quality testing at MWA Laksi.
- Manage safety equipment checks, room setups, asset management, and tenant move-in/move-out inspections.
- Report directly to supervisors or building engineers.
Qualifications
· Min. 1 year of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar technical role.
· Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
· Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, building maintenance, and safety systems.
· Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
· Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
· Able to work independently and respond to urgent facility issues when required.
· Strong service mind and customer-oriented approach.
