Responsible for ensuring quality of Warehouse Trucks, Dock Levelers, and Aerial Work Platforms through visual inspection for the incoming unit. This role involves communicating with both local and international supplier regarding claims and repairs. As well as overseeing functional inspection (PDI) done by Service Team.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication with supplier regarding claim, repair, and minor purchases for stock unit.
- Report inspection result to Product Engineer and ensure proper QC documentation
- Supervise and check PDI Service Report from Service Technician
- Conduct Visual Test on incoming unit.
- Report regularly to Product Engineer for the QC and PDI Result
- Report monthly to Product Engineer for the repeated Product Issue
- Prepare inspection checklists and QC reports, ensuring all units meet quality standards before GR or delivery.
- Recommend repairs or claims to suppliers based on inspection results.
- Approve Visual and Functional Tests after obtaining clearance from Product Engineer
- Work location based in Warehouse Cibitung Bekasi.
- Collaborate with Service Technician, Warehouse Team, and Suppliers.
Qualifications
- Minimum D-3 in Engineering
- Having experience in administrative field and knowledge of administrative procedures such, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
