Oversee and coordinate all warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes receiving, storing, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Collaborates closely with procurement, transportation, and other internal stakeholders to support business objectives, optimize logistics processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and coordinating daily warehouse and logistics activities, including goods receiving, storage, inventory control, stock accuracy, and delivery coordination. Ensure efficient warehouse operations, proper handling of goods, accurate system transactions, and timely dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
. SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in a trading, engineering, or industrial equipment environment.
. Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and coordination of local deliveries, transportation, and shipment activities.
Experience:
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in a trading or industrial equipment environment.
· Hands-on experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and delivery coordination.
