Perform assigned jobs and/or according to project schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Project/Site Engineer / office administrative to ensure fulfilment of daily tasks to customers’ satisfaction and in meeting department’s sales targets.
. Execute all installation, commissioning, and/or fabrication work as assigned diligently and timely, ensuring the required quality standards and delivery schedule are met for smooth completion of tasks.
. Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks such lifting, bolting, wiring, aligning and fitting.
. Ensure that steel fabrication work assigned is done according to the manufacturing drawings and meet in-house quality standards and scheduled completion date.
. Record and submit man-hour data for productivity tracking and project performance monitoring, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting procedures.
. Highlight any short supply of items, additional customer requirements, or performance gaps to ensure timely and quality completion of installation, commissioning, and fabrication work.
. Complete and submit all necessary information for quality control (QC) sheets for all projects, ensuring proper review in compliance with quality standards.
. Check that work executed by the production department (if any) and by subcontractors meets the company’s required quality standards.
. Travel to various job sites and assist in unloading and setting up equipment and materials.
. Attend inspections and assist in conducting testing and commissioning of installed equipment.
. Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order and report any abnormalities to the immediate superior.
. Adhere to company, customer, and statutory EHS procedures and safety standards – including safe driving, working at height, Job Safety. . Analysis (JSA), and 5S practices – to ensure all installation and fabrication activities meet required safety and quality standards for both in-house and on-site operations.
. Ensure good 5S housekeeping in the workplace at all times, and comply with all relevant EHS laws, company and customer requirement, and work procedures – including participation in EHS programs to promote a safe and complaint working environment.
. Any others duties as assigned by supervisor.
. Feedback to supervisor on the respective site issue and the progress of the projects.
· To comply with all relevant EHS legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.
· To comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.

Qualification
· Diploma / NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
Experience
· Minimum 1 years of working experience in installation and commissioning in industrial or mechanical systems.
· Good team player with ability to work independently.
· Working experience in a diverse cultural environment.
