Responsible to manage daily activity in the warehouse efficiently, manage the inventory and safety procedure, implement improvement to enhance productivity, ensure on time delivery of JJ Lapp Cable Product to customer.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to assure 3PL team done physical checking for incoming and outgoing goods, checking the packing list versus actual goods been reported and signed.
• Responsible for ensuring that all goods received are labelled properly and put in the correct bin location (liaise with 3PL team).
• Responsible for monitoring all transactions which are handled by 3PL team (pick the goods from racking / floor according to the transfer order documents and to ensure that all items are picked from the correct batches with correct quantity).
• Responsible to manage rejected item in quarantine area, manage the quarantine item in the system and follow up to Purchasing team for required action.
• Responsible for transfer & receive materials, from certain vendors according to transfer order (MIGO).
• Responsible for delivery the order from customer on time.
• Responsible for the request of trucking volume estimation that request by sales.
• Responsible to monitor WH staff (including 3PL) in arranging the vehicle required for domestic delivery
• To be actively involved in the annual stock take and cycle count activities every three month with 3PL team.
• To be responsible for the warehouse area safety and clean.
• Responsible for checking the invoice from 3PL such as Trucking cost & Inventory cost.
• Participate in EHS event internal and external.
• Participate in Workplace Inspection activity
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Business administration, Management or any major.
- At least 3 years’ experience in leading Warehouse dept of trading company.
- Having SAP knowledge (especially in MM & WMS Module)
- Having good communication both oral and written.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage the team
- Having good team building skills
- Have good understanding in English.
