Senior Sales Executive FEED Dept for East Java
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers (feedmills, integrators, commercial farms, traders).
- Expand market share for Company's products
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers, nutritionists, and farm owners.
- Provide commercial and technical support to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) — Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, Nutrition, or related life-science/technical fields is strongly preferred for technical sales roles.
- 3–5 years experience in technical sales of feed additives, premixes, or nutritional products.
- Ability to generate and manage sales revenue and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of feed additives, animal nutrition, product functions, and basic animal health
- Comfortable with SAP, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
- Industry networks — connections with feed mills, integrators, or farm owners
