Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist : Infrastructure at JJ-LAPP in Bangkok. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience and strong connections with consultants, designers, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building and infrastructure sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, and EPC firms.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of cable and connectivity solutions is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the building and infrastructure industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Good network and connections with consultants, designers, and EPC firms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
