Develop strong relationships and partnerships with existing customer to build sustainable business relationship and generate tangible sales results with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships and partnerships with existing customer to build sustainable business relationship and generate tangible sales results with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities.


Identify key areas of opportunities to capture market share.


Be consultative in sales approach & ability to propose the appropriate to meet prospect & customers' objective(s) and needs.


Articulating the value proposition to the customer and quickly resolving any customer inquiries.


Uphold a strong performance of the business unit in terms of volume and profitability.


Working cross functionally with Customer Service, Operations, and Technical teams to question the status quo and continually improve customer experience and product quality.


Understanding and adhering to risk and compliance guidelines strictly.


Handle customer complaints, product technical complaints and adverse events quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures.


Act as the point of contact to convey customer's sentiment and to accurately brief the production team leaders on the requirements.


Responding swiftly to inquiries regarding customer payments or new account set up.


Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of the rigid packaging industry in Malaysia, such as competitor analysis, industry trends and new products in the market.
