Take care of inbound and outbound of products, proper housekeeping, maximize space on each storage area and Prepare Pre-delivery inspection process according to the delivery order details with report and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Warehouse/PDI Activities
· Take care of incoming shipment, both from local and overseas and physically inspect goods with regard to description, quantity, damage and loss, verify quantity with invoice.
· Clear un-stuff containers, allocate space, verify with packing list.
· Inspection: Conduct detailed visual and functional checks of exterior, interior, mechanical, and electronic components.
· Quality Control: Identify and document defects, scratches, or missing parts against quality standards.
· Repairs & Adjustments: Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and servicing, including installing parts and accessories.
· Install additional equipment according to DO document.
· Testing: Conduct Road tests to verify performance and functionality.
· Documentation: Complete PDI checklists, reports, and update operational systems.
· Coordination: Liaise with Sales team, service, and logistics teams to resolve issues and meet delivery schedules.
· Transportation: Coordinate with the sales representative regarding the delivery location and booking the transport.
· Warranty document: Product warranty document processor for customers.
· Report shipment discrepancy (excess and shortage claims, wrong parts delivered) to Service Manager.
Substitute other team member during absence.
Qualifications
Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field.
Ability to communicate well.
Able to work under pressure.
Experience
Min. 1-2 years experiences in warehousing and SAP
