Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential & existing customers, and selling the organization’s products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Execute the full sales cycle for both new equipment and aftersales business, from prospecting and relationship development to order closure, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
• Drive after-sales business growth by identifying and developing opportunities for service contracts, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, inspections, and other lifecycle solutions.
• Promote the company as a brand-agnostic service provider, leveraging multi-brand capabilities to secure aftermarket business across customers' mixed equipment fleets and installed base.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular visits, performance reviews, and proactive identification of new business opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies to increase market share, expand recurring service revenue, and grow business within assigned products, accounts, and territories.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and Levels of Authority (LOA/DOA).
• Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services according to customer requirements.
• Monitor invoicing and collection activities to ensure prompt payment and healthy cash flow.
• Conduct market research and stay informed of competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project, customer, pipeline, and sales records in CRM, Project Management databases, and SharePoint systems.
• Actively utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, monitor sales performance, track service opportunities, and support business planning.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations teams to deliver value-added solutions that improve customer reliability and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Participate in marketing activities, seminars, trade shows, customer presentations, and other business development initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
3 - 5 years’ sales experience in heavy equipment, lifting, or construction-related industries
Good communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with good business acumen.
Friendly disposition, proactive and a good team player.
Has a driver's license.
Has owned a car for rendering his duties.
