Service sales for the assigned portfolio include preventive maintenance services, parts and components, breakdown and repair, refurbishment, and other related services to achieve sales targets
Responsibilities
- Drive service sales growth by implementing strategies to secure contracts, promote maintenance, spare parts, repairs, and refurbishment, and achieve sales and order targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales process including preparing quotations/tenders, negotiating commercial and technical terms, and ensuring profitability and compliance with contract requirements.
- Lead and oversee service operations by coordinating with technicians, monitoring job execution, resolving technical issues and warranty claims, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, training support, prompt follow-ups, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Monitor performance and market trends by tracking sales activities in CRM, analyzing data for strategy development, identifying new opportunities, and reporting on pipeline and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any architecture/engineering / construction-related discipline.
- minimum 2 years of working experience in sales
