The Sales Executive - Personal Care is responsible for driving sales growth and developing business opportunities within the Personal Care market. This role focuses on promoting specialty ingredients and innovative solutions to cosmetic, skincare, haircare, and oral care manufacturers. The incumbent will build strong customer relationships, identify market trends, provide technical-commercial support, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Responsibilities
> Manage and develop existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
> Promote personal care ingredients and value-added solutions to customers.
> Achieve sales targets, gross profit goals, and business growth objectives.
> Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
> Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
> Work closely with suppliers on product training, marketing activities, and business development plans.
> Coordinate with technical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
> Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and account development plans.
> Support exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications
> Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or related field.
> 1-3 years of sales or business development experience in personal care, cosmetics, chemicals, or ingredients industry.
> Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
> Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
> Good command of English and local language.
> Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events.
