Shift Engineer
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Quality Control: Understanding quality control procedures and standards relevant to cable manufacturing.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- They should also possess strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with cable production processes and related equipment, is highly valued.
- Understanding of Cable Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of various cable production stages would be advantageous
(e.g., Drawing , bunching , extrusion, sheathing, armoring , cabling and braiding ) and related equipment is essential.
