• Identify & Develop Projects: Proactively approach M&E construction projects (buildings, factories, resorts, etc.), gather market intelligence, and build a strategic customer network.
• Engage Stakeholders: Maintain regular contact with key players including investors, general contractors, M&E and ELV subcontractors, and design consultants to track project updates, bidding schedules, and design changes.
• Coordinate with Technical & Estimation Teams: Work closely with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to project needs and timelines.
• Contract Negotiation & Execution: Participate in contract negotiation, oversee project execution, support delivery, handover, acceptance, and payment processes.
• Business Reporting: Join sales meetings to report performance and propose goals and action plans for the upcoming period.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction-related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in M&E, ELV, industrial equipment, or construction materials
• Experience with tender/bidding documentation or exposure to large-scale construction projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of the M&E construction market and project execution processes
• Well-connected with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project developers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic English required; candidates with good email writing and reading skills are preferred
