- We're hiring potential candidates in Hanoi. - Provide technical services activities included of installing, servicing, repairing, maintaining equipment, parts assembly, pre-delivery inspection, commissioning, trouble-shooting technical fault of our products to ensure customer satisfaction as well as to meet required safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This includes making recommendations for solutions and parts whenever necessary.
- Perform troubleshooting for technical faults and provide the solution to resolve the problems to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.
- Work in co-operation with manager and colleagues to fulfill T&I Quality and Service Standards for satisfactory level of customer service in meeting the expectations of external customers.
- Support part sales to clarify correct part number to quote for customer
- Others jobs assigned by supervisor/ managers
Qualifications
- College or Bachelor's degree in Automation or related field
- At least 1 year of experience related field
