Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the sales & service administration for the company with the aim of providing effective support and ensuring all business processes are performed according to company policies, procedures and in alignment with the business strategies and objectives.

- Pre-Sales Support: Maintain pricing, customer/vendor data, and material master records in SAP. Respond to initial customer inquiries and assist in preparing sales quotations and tender documentation.
- Sales Administration: Process sales orders, delivery, billing, and service notifications in SAP. Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and provide order status updates. Prepare order-related documents for customers.
- After-Sales & Service Support: Manage equipment master data, perform warranty registrations, and handle service order processing in SAP. Address after-sales service requests and complaints while ensuring policy compliance.
- Warranty Claims Administration: Register and file warranty claims in vendor portals, monitor claim status, and ensure timely processing.
- Purchasing: Maintain purchasing records, coordinate shipments, and manage import documentation. Review and update costing in purchase orders and resolve shipment discrepancies.
Qualifications
· Degree in Business Administrator or related fields.
· Good command of written and spoken English
· 2 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in sales coordination / administration / procurement
· Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Able to use pivot table / vlookup will be added advantage
· Good communication skills and able to work independently.
· Working knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PS/CS modules will be an added advantage.
· Have good discipline and work attitude.
