The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and coordinating marketing activities with a strong focus on events, partner collaboration, and marketing operations support. This role focuses on end-to-end event management, from planning and execution to post-event reporting, while ensuring effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners. The position also involves handling corporate souvenirs, administrative support, lead management, and post-event follow-up monitoring to ensure smooth alignment between marketing and sales teams.
Event Planning & Management
· Coordinate with sales and marketing team to understand their event needs and provide tailored support and support with marketing collateral and on-site branding.
· Plan and execute events such as but not limited to product promotion, roadshows, product training sessions, and customer engagement activities.
· Develop event schedules, budgets, preparation checklist and timelines, ensuring all events align with marketing and sales objectives.
· Secure and coordinate venues, suppliers, and vendors, including but not limited to catering, equipment, and transportation.
Partner Marketing Coordination
· Work closely with marketing partners to align co-branding activities, joint campaigns, and sponsorships.
· Liaise with partners for marketing material approval, product updates, and promotional requests.
· Track and report on partner marketing activities and performance.
Marketing Administration & Collateral Management
· Handle procurement and distribution of corporate merchandise, giveaways, and marketing materials.
· Maintain inventory records for marketing assets and merchandise.
· Support marketing documentation, quotation requests, and administrative tasks related to events and campaigns.
Lead Management & Post-Event Follow-Up
· Collect, validate, and record leads generated from events or other channels.
· Collect feedback from attendees, sales teams, and partners to evaluate event effectiveness.
· Prepare a comprehensive post-event reports with insights, Return On Investment analysis, lead generation result and recommendations for future improvements.
· Maintain event lead recaps and dashboards to monitor conversion progress.
Budget Management
· Manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
· Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize value.
Others
· Assist the sales team in arranging marketing proposal funds for Principal.
· Manage ad-hoc marketing activity requests (internal/external) when feasible, adhering to the preparation timelines.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or partner marketing.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
· Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and event engagement.
