Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive (Beverages & Supplements)

This person to initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the Department’s products sold and assigned by the Company, with special emphasis on growing the business volume and achieving the sales and income targets set by the Company. • Minimum 2 years direct experience in sales and marketing for food ingredients/additives, especially for Beverage and Supplement application.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned customer accounts and industry segments.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by recommending suitable products and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Coordinate product sampling, testing, and commercialization with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with suppliers on product information, business development, pricing, and technical support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities when required to support product registration, import processes, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSc in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other science related field.
• Strong sales acumen and self-motivation.
• Fast learner who has a dynamic personality and positive attitude.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office) including giving project presentations.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Own transportation with valid driving license and able to go upcountry when required.
