Jointly with the other managers, job holder is responsible to execute the strategic direction and operational control of JJTI-MHE under the direction of the JJTI-MHE management team. As Assistant Manager – Project Department, job holder is responsible for the execution of assigned contracts; leading, monitoring, controlling and coordinating the various project management tasks of material handling products and ensuring proper and effective customer relation and correspondences. Job holder is to ensure contractual commercial matters are dealt with; engineering design are completed on time; and procurement and delivery are in accordance to the contractual time schedule. Further it is the job holder’s responsibility to participate and effectively assist in ensuring that the planned procurement cost and manpower consumption are adhered to. Job holder leads the appointed contract execution teams for the assigned contracts and is responsible to feedback and update the management on a regular basis. Job holder is required in supervising and guiding other appointed project leaders (project in charged persons) during project execution as well as assisting to guide and train any new appointed project leaders in the project execution department or appointed project leaders from other departments.
